We take great responsibility breeding our Sivas Kangal dogs, known for their loyal and protective nature, as well as impressive guarding abilities.

About Us
Purebred Sivas Kangal Breeder
We are located in Frederick County Maryland on 70 acres farmland. We breed purebred Sivas Kangal dogs and all our Kangals are not just for breeding but same time they are also the working dogs, to protect our livestock from the predators. Being a Sivas Turkey origin our love to Kangal dogs goes back to hundreds of years and many generations in Sivas region. We lived with these dogs, listened incredible stories from our elders about these dogs, entrusted our livestock to these dogs. Kangals worked very hard and protected us and our livestock at the cost of their lives.
This story did not just end in Sivas Turkey. Living in The United States for decades, I was just getting tired of living in a crowded city and ended up buying a farm and started breeding sheep. But something was still missing in this story. That was the "Sivas Kangal dogs" Our Kangals came directly from the town of Kangal, Gürün and Dendil - Gemerek in Sivas city from very reputable breeders. Currently we have 21 purebred Sivas Kangal dogs for breeding, and we have the largest number of the purebred Kangal in the United States.
We sell our purebred Kangal puppies nationwide, as well as international. We can arrange the international transportation with IPATA at buyer's expense.

Amazing how Kangals protect livestock from predators!
1 male and 3 female Kangals are guarding the sheep
Our farm is located in Eastern side of Frederick County Maryland. Monocacy River runs through our farm. River and also the wooded area make perfect environment for the predators, specially coyotes and black bears. All these years we have Zero incident. Even though in May of 2022 neighboring farm lost 4 calves to 400 lbs black bear.

Kangal dogs are natural born Shepard. Their instincts always lead them and they don’t need extra training for guarding livestock. Kangal dogs are very intelligent; however they are not your ordinary guard dogs. Training could be challenging and might not respond well to common training methods. They might only obey your commands when they want to.

Kangal dogs are known being very gentle with kids and woman. However, because of their large sizes they must be supervised especially with infants and toddlers.
